Apps Privacy Policy Terms

5.1 Privacy
In accordance with Apples privacy best practices, European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Apple Developer Program License Agreement; DejaWorks LTD has complied with all Privacy Policy measures within all of our apps.

5.1.1 Data Collection and Storage
(i) Privacy Policies: DejaWorks LTD collects crash reports from it’s app; this so that our app developers can improve the performance of the app and identify and major crash issues that are occurring for our users. DejaWorks LTD does not collect users information, only crash reports are anonymised, we cannot identify a user from the gathering of this collated data. The use of crash reports are solely for the use of our app developers to improve the app, and is kept confidential. DejaWorks LTD does not share users information with any third parties. As DejaWorks LTD does not collect any personal data regarding our app users, we do not exercise retention / deletion policy for app users.

(ii) Permission: DejaWorks LTD does not collect personal data about our app users or their app usage. As such DejaWorks LTD does not request consent from our users, as we do not collect personal user data or usage. DejaWorks LTD works in full accordance with the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

(iii) Data Minimization: The only data collected through DejaWorks LTD app are crash reports; which our app developers use to improve the performance of our apps. Our crash reports anonymise all data before it reaches our app developer team; and only provides data relating to the performance of the app.

(iv) Access: DejaWorks LTD respects the users right to privacy and data protection. We do not try to manipulate, trick or force consent from our app users. DejaWorks LTD does not collect personalised data on any of our users; without users express and valid consent from each user. As such none of DejaWorks LTD apps request or collect users data within our apps.

(v) Account Sign-In: DejaWorks LTD does not exercise an account sign-in procedure within any of our apps. As such DejaWorks LTD does not collect any such user data regarding account sign-in information.

(vi) DejaWorks LTD prides itself of a high level of ethical decision making; we would never use apps to surreptitiously discover passwords or other private data. To avoid any such possibility DejaWorks LTD does not exercise password or other account sign-in information within our apps to access app content; it goes against our ethical processes.

(vii) DejaWorks LTD does not use SafariViewController within its apps; and thus does noting cannot track users without their knowledge and consent.

5.1.2 Data Use and Sharing
(i), (ii), (iii), (iv), (v) & (vi) DejaWorks LTD does not collect any personal data from our app users; including Contacts, Photos and API’s. DejaWorks LTD does not reconstruct user profiles via API’s. DejaWorks LTD aggregates all data collected via API’s and only uses this information for crash reporting. DejaWorks LTD does not share any of our users data with third parties. DejaWorks LTD does not collect information about other apps on a users device, and thus does not collect information about the users others apps for the purposes of analytics or advertising or marketing. As DejaWorks LTD does not contact users using information regarding the users contacts or photos. DejaWorks LTD does not collect data via HomeKit API, HomeKit, Consumer Health Records API, MovementDisorder APIs, ClassKit, and thus cannot use such information for marketing, advertising or use-based data mining, including third parties. DejaWorks LTD does not use Apple Pay functions and thus does not request user data regarding Apple Pay, including third parties.

5.1.3 Health and Health Research
(i), (ii), (iii) & (iv) DejaWorks LTD does not collect any health and health research data from our app users. DejaWorks LTD does not share any of our users data with third parties. DejaWorks LTD does not write false or inaccurate data within HealthKit or another medical research or health management apps, and does not store personal health information in iCloud. As DejaWorks LTD does not collect health-related human subject research on our app users, thus DejaWorks LTD does not seek consent or require approval from an independent ethics review board.

5.1.4 Kids
DejaWorks LTD creates all of our apps in accordance with Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”) and European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). As such DejaWorks LTD does not collect any data regarding the users name, address, email, location, photos, drawings, the ability to chat or any other personal data that might identify a user to be a minor.

5.1.5 Location Services
DejaWorks LTD does not use location services within any of our apps.
